Very good service — a bit of up selling here and there, but not to the extent of hard selling. About 5 sessions in and each one is less than 30 minutes, all the consultants are also very helpful, kind, and friendly. They are also very attentive to whether the treatment is comfortable for the client.

Had to reschedule multiple times because of work and scheduling conflicts but they were very understanding about it. Overall a pleasant place to go to :)

I have been with Musee for around 2 years and I am really satisfied with the treatment every visit. The staff are very professional. They will really take care of you, especially the Plaza Sing outlet! The place is also relaxing especially after the renovation. I have highly recommend the service to my friends and to everyone.

Bought a package here. Staff are very helpful & take great care of customers. There can be selling initiatives but not hard selling like other places & they don't make me feel uncomfortable. Overall it's a very pleasant & comfortable experience for me. Will get another package :)
